Our Group has always been defined by bringing together people from different backgrounds. However, it hasn’t been just about combining business skills, but above all about uniting people.
Thanks to such a wide range of experiences we know that diversity adds value.
In a traditionally male-dominated sector such as our sector, this value is much more important in the case women.
To celebrate 8 March we have decided to show our appreciation to all the women of the EMS Group with the book ‘MERAVIGLIOSE’, written by women for women.
It’s a simple gesture to emphasise that:
“Whoever you may be, as far as we’re concerned you’re marvellous”
Our group has become what it is today also thanks to your work, your talent, your vision of the world.
Let’s ensure that every little girl, every woman,
every part of us is always given a chance.
