24/7/365 Support

EMS Group has established a Remote Support office by adopting a single telephone number to make it easy for customers anywhere in the world to access the service. Its customer service ensures prompt responses to customer enquiries and quick assessment of problems to restore system operation as quickly as possible.

Spare Parts

AMPS has an independent spare parts warehouse that ensures availability of the most critical components.
Upon delivery of the system, we provide a list of recommended spare parts, which includes the crucial components and those with an extended lead time.
EMS Group also provided customers with the interactive spare parts catalog: this software enables you to virtually navigate a three-dimensional version of your system and to identify its components. The customer is able to identify the pieces desired and easily and quickly generate a quote if needed.

Scheduled Maintenance

EMS offers scheduled maintenance programs, which include regular monitoring of system status and scheduling of maintenance operations aimed at ensuring the long-term efficiency of systems.

Training

Systems need to be run by highly skilled professionals to reduce machine downtime and increase system efficiency, safety, productivity and longevity.
EMS Group guarantees specialized training, including both theory lessons and practical sessions on the machines. Training can take place either in person – at the customer’s plant or at our premises – or remotely.

Retrofit/Systems Upgrades

Drawing on a wealth of engineering expertise, the Group develops and offers customized solutions to modify, upgrade, revamp, or relocate existing systems, catering to any need that may arise during the systems’ life cycle.

Warranty Extension

Extended warranties can only be taken out for systems we supply in conjunction with a scheduled maintenance contract provided by us and for a period of equal length of time.
The extended warranty covers all replacement parts, excluding only consumables.

Thanks to the specific devices installed on the systems, our customers can effectively monitor the wear and tear of the main components to prevent machine failure and downtime.

VR – REMOTE DIAGNOSTICS

When starting up a system, we also provide our customers with remote diagnostics hardware and software. The service, which is free of charge for the first few months of operation, allows our customers to reduce machine downtime significantly, if necessary, and to undergo supplementary virtual training that provides support for activities at the plant.
